Inspiration Station is getting a great start. Jan Shannon, Coordinator for the planned children’s museum says $1.5 million has been raised as of January with plans to begin construction in the second quarter of 2023. The hopes are to have the doors open for visitors by Spring of 2024.

Guesting on a special edition of Litter Media LIVE, Shannon says the Inspiration Station will be located in the rear of the Pickaway County Library on Court Street in Circleville. She added there will be a connecting opening to the library also. The Inspiration Station will cover 9,000 square feet at 1170 North Court Street.

One of the upcoming fundraisers for the Inspiration Station is The Mobile Dueling Pianos Shows. The event will be held Saturday January 28th at the Pickaway County Ag & Event Center on Lancaster Pike in Circleville. Doors will open at 6pm. Pre-sale tickets are $35, $50 at the door and table sponsorship includes tickets for 8 at $350. The event is sponsored by the Circleville Sunrise Rotary, which together with the Circleville Noon Rotary have committed $25,000 to the Inspiration Station.
