The Waverly Lions Club Halloween Parade will be Monday, October 31st at 7pm. The parade is open to the public, with political entries being charged $50.
The parade lineup will begin at 6:30pm in the Waverly Downtown Athletic Complex parking lot and proceed down Second Street to the reviewing stand at Market Street and back to the parking lot using Third Street.
The Lions Club will be partnering with Grace United Methodist Church at its Chiliween event that begins at 5:30pm, to hold a children’s Halloween costume contest at the churches Family Life Center on High Street.
Costume judging will begin at 6:45pm. The costume participants will join the parade at Second & High for the announcement of the winners.
