(Washington CH) – Three new retail stores are locating in the former K-Mart building in Washington Court House, off U.S. Route 62.

According to a press release on the WCH Economic Development Facebook page- “To the residents of WCH, this property is known as the former K-Mart building. Now with three new tenants, Dollar Tree, Harbor Freight, and recently signed, Roses Department Store, this property can take on a new identity, and help deliver new life to this area of town.”

Retailer Family Farm & Home is already located there.

Pennmark’s CEO Don Cafiero had this to say “When we acquired this property several years back we saw the possibilities and believed in the market, through our persistent efforts the property is in line with our original vision”.

Pennmark Management Company will fully occupy the property by leasing just over 102,000 feet of space.
