(Hillsboro) – The Highland County Health Department is partnering with the Adena Health System to conduct the Highland County 2022 Community Health Assessment (CHA). The CHA process is used to help the health department, hospitals, and other community organizations identify what health issues are having the greatest impact on our community.
This process will include the development of a community wide health survey and a review of other factors that influence community health outcomes. These meetings are open to the public.
If you are unable to attend the meetings, there are many other ways to participate. Follow the health department website and Facebook page for more information about this project.
The first planning meeting for the 2022 CHA will be held at the Highland County Health Department, 1487 N. High St., Hillsboro, Ohio, on March 15th at 2pm. Please email hguilkey@highlandcountyhealth.org if you plan to attend.
