The focus of this year’s Summit is PEOPLE FIRST: Everyone Wins, which will focus on leadership development, team building, and creating an empowering workplace culture. This event will be hosted at Twin Lakes Resort on Tackett Lane in Piketon.

Guest Speakers will share information and resources regarding the topics for the day’s sessions:

  • LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT – Guest Speaker, Beth Flynn from the Ohio State University’s Department of Agricultural, Communication, Education, and Leadership (ACEL) will be leading the session on exploring the impact of leadership development by focusing on the staff’s needs.

“We are extremely excited to be able to be hosting our annual Business Summit event in person again, and even more excited to share the information that our speakers will be offering during this event,” stated Lisa Pfeifer, W&B Program Director. “The greatest lesson that every business and organization has learned over the past two years is just how important the employees are and how true it is that when you put people first, everyone really does win!”

The event will begin at 8:30 am with a networking breakfast session provided by the Business Resource Network (BRN) Program and catered lunch will also be provided to attendees.
