After a year off due to the pandemic, Pioneer Day is returning, according to The Highland County Historical Society.
The August 14th event will be held at the historic William Scott House between 9am-4pm. The Scott House Mansion and the Highland House Museum celebrated their 175th anniversary in 2019 during the first Pioneer Day observance.
