While the pandemic has most of us thinking about our loved ones and how we can care for their needs, some of our “four legged friends” have sometimes been forgotten.
A group of people have joined with Jerry’s West Pizza in Chillicothe to conduct a fundraiser for the Ross County Humane Society.
An event called a “Valentine’s Day Pawty” was held February 14th, where $1,600 was raised.
The group running the event is still taking donations through Saturday, February 20th for anyone wanting to donate money. Funds are being given to the Ross County Humane Society general fund for use as the Society has need.
