A new animal building is being added to the Ross County Fairgrounds. The building is being funded by a grant from the State of Ohio’s Biennium Budget and Capital Funds from the Ross County Agricultural Society.  The building will be 50 feet wide and 150 feet long and will serve as the Small Animal Show Arena.

Shows could include species of Rabbits, Cavy, Poultry and Dogs.

The building was designed by Sunrush Construction and construction is being supervised by the Society’s Building Committee chaired by board member Barry Haubeil.

“It’s another great addition to the Ross County Fairgrounds to better serve the county’s youth and exhibitors.”

The Society (Fair Board) is also currently fundraising for two additional new building projects, a covered Equestrian Complex and a multi-service Commercial Building/Event Center.
