Rascal Mobile Unit Conducting Fall Events at Circle Area Humane Society

(Circleville) – Several Fall events are scheduled by the Rascal Mobile Unit at the Circle Area Humane Society at 185 Island Road in Circleville.

They are accepting applications for Pickaway County Residents Only for $35 cat vouchers to include a Spay or Neuter + Rabies Vaccine.

They are also accepting applications for October 1st and 24th for dog spay & neuter clinics.

Clinics are by appointment only. You will be required to pre-register via online form and pay via Credit Card to hold your appointment. Clinics accommodate a combined total of 40 to 50 feline and canine surgeries per day. Once a clinic is full, we will update this page and refer you to our next scheduled clinic.

For reservations, complete the form provided below.   Once your form is processed, you will receive an invoice via email.  Additional services rendered the day of surgery will be paid on clinic day. Reservations will be confirmed once payment for the services are received.  You will receive an email confirming the appointment along with further instructions for drop off.   Please allow 3 business days to get your final invoice and surgery day instructions.

Any appointment once made and paid for CANNOT be rescheduled, changed or refunded. 

If you miss an appointment, there is no refund. Your payment is non-refundable in the event of a no-show.

All felines presented for surgery and non-surgery evaluations must come in a secure Hard-Sided crate. Feral cats MUST be brought in a trap.  They cannot be in a cat carrier or dog crate for our staff’s safety. 

All canines must be on a leash or crate. There can only be one patient per crate. They will not release multiple patients in one crate. It is the owner/caretaker’s responsibility to have a secure crate for their pet. Cats cannot be presented on a leash or harness – they must be in a HARD SIDED crate.
