The 2021 Ross County Fair Livestock Sales get underway on Thursday, August 12th with this year’s sales seeing a new feature on Saturday morning.
Sale Committee Chairman Chris Hooks told Litter Media that they are adding a dairy sale, where a plate of butter will sell immediately following the Saturday steer sale.

The schedule of sales will be:
Thursday- Hogs (6pm)
Friday- Sheep and Goats (6pm)
Saturday- Beef, Dairy Butter Sale, Chickens and Rabbits (9am)
