Washington CH OK’s Facade Improvement Grant

Washington C.H. City Council recently passed legislation approving a Façade Improvement Grant program, for small business/building owners, located within the city limits of WCH.

This program allows up to $10,000, per business/building, for façade improvements, with no match required. Eligible projects include, but are not limited to: awnings, canopies, storefronts, doors, paint, landscaping, exterior lighting, windows, masonry, and signage.
