Hello Litter Media
Speaking of our city tax dollars,
Why haven’t we seen any improvement in our streets after agreeing to pay more for our streets?
AND,
Depspite the comments I have received from some during the “Choose Chillicothe” sessions, why haven’t we seen more police and less crime despite agreeing to pay more for more police ?
