Pike County Back The Blue Concert

(Waverly) – There’s been a slight change of plans, but for the better.

The Pike County Fairgrounds will play host March 5th, 2022, for a Back the Blue Concert. The event gets underway at 7pm.

A winner of the Henry American Beauty .22 will be held, along with the selling of raffle tickets for additional prizes, and tickets for Split the Pot.

Tickets are only $10 per person at the event. Children 10 years old and younger are FREE.

Gatti’s Pizza is bringing their food truck. All you’ll have to bring is a cooler for your drinks and a lawn chair if you prefer. 

All money collected during this event will be given to the Auxiliaries of the Waverly Police Department, Piketon Police Department, and the Reserves of the Pike County Sheriff’s Office.

Pike County Hero Meet & Greet Event

Presented By Classic Brands

The Pike County community is encouraged to attend a Saturday, August 14th event that will give residents and especially children, an opportunity to meet and and get to know local first responders.

The Hero Meet & Greet will be held at the Waverly Downtown Gym parking lot from 11am- 2pm.

This event gives children the opportunity to sit in the driver’s seats, and even honk the horns of emergency vehicles. Children may have the opportunity to pie a Police Officer in the face or dunk a Firefighter in water.

Pike Sheriff To Host Vehicle Auction

A vehicle auction will be held Saturday, July 10, 2021 at 8am, according to Pike County Sheriff Tracy D Evans. The auction is located at 265 Progress Drive Waverly, Ohio.
